To keep our services for you and your students as stable as possible, regular maintenance of the server park is necessary. For the installation and implementation of (security) patches, updates and other necessary system technical interventions, we and our supplier need a fixed time. To minimise the inconvenience to you and your students, we have established a single monthly maintenance window for non-critical and regular improvements to the systems.

Impact
As a reboot is required by default, your environment will be unavailable for some time. This will be 5 to 10 minutes.
Perhaps needless to say, we would like to point out that these are operating system maintenance and adjustments. No adjustments will be made to the software of your environment(s).
Intermediate maintenance window
It may be necessary to update a specific server or service in the interim. This may be due to a critical update to ensure the security of the server or service or to update the software to the latest version so that you can make full use of an application's new functionality. If it involves an intervention on a customer-specific environment, we will approach you as a customer directly and determine such a time in consultation. Where it concerns services on a particular server as a whole, we will also mention this on this page.
