Adding someone to the CC on a ticket

If you create a ticket through the portal, it is possible to notify someone via CC. This works similar to putting someone on CC in the mail.


When submitting a new ticket

When you are in the form, to submit a ticket, you will see this button ("CC toevoegen" or "add CC"):

If you click on that, you will be given the option to enter an e-mail address (or several).


In case of an already submitted ticket

When viewing a ticket that you have already submitted, you can also add someone to the CC. In the ticket you will then see these buttons in the top right corner:

If you click on "Personen toevoegen" or "Add People," you can add e-mail addresses here.
